你们的产品部门和客户服务、市场部门是不是脱节比较严重？版主们做的很多承诺都不能兑现，严重影响晶华的信誉。如果版主们对一些事情无法控制，比如能不能按期发货、能不能按时开通网站等等，莫不如你们不要做出承诺。树立诚信的形象和提供良好的客户体验比你们现在的产品恐怕更重要。希望晶华能够做出一流的产品，也希望晶华能做一流的服务。
开通的那个JOC网站是英文的，看了看，觉得里边的英文不太地道（比如下边粘贴的一段），既然是面对国外用户，最好还是请英语母语的人给写一下。
