酒可以不喝,但烟不能不抽.抽烟提神啊!"饭后一支烟活似神仙".还有,零晨抽烟人体可以防露水.

吸烟绝对是百害而无一利.
1.吸烟分散精神,驾车时最好不吸烟.观星是一项高雅活动.吞云吐雾不配宜同步进行,这等于局部排放污染.
2."讨厌烟草的味道" PLMM如是道.
3.烟盒烟头对环保不利,山林中不宜留下火种.2006年澳大利亚森林大火就不能是人大意留下火种引起.
4.尼古丁,烟碱,化合物等吸入肺部后,肺泡吸收经血管传到全身,一部份毒害身体其它组织,一部份进入脑垂体促进兴奋(似提神),视网膜充血瞳孔收缩,视力下降分辨力受阻.
