11月18日狮子座流星雨极大

[color=#000000][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]    [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]曾经发生过猛烈爆发的狮子座流星雨，一直是每年十一月人们关注的热点。[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]1998[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]年[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]55P[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]／坦普尔一塔特尔彗星的回归。为我们带来了五年狮子座流星雨的爆发。然而在这之后的几年里，相关的预报得到了验证，流星雨的[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]ZHR[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]值减小到[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]20[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]—[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]40[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]左右。不稳定的流量也使它很难挤进“大流星雨”的行列。目前看来，至少到[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]2009[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]年之前，该流星雨的流量都不会有什么显著的增长，今年的狮子座流星雨流量也会比较小。[/size][/font][size=22pt][/size][/color]
[color=#000000][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]    [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]今年狮子座流星雨的极大值发生在北京时间[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]11[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]月[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]18[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]日[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=22pt]上午[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]11[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]时左右，对于我市的观测者来说，[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]18[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]日凌晨到日出前是相对较好的观测时机。当日子夜时分月亮已经落下，而差不多此时位于狮子座的辐射点会从东方升起，在整个观测过程中都不会有干扰。观测狮子座流星雨的科研意义非常大，不论是进行照相、摄像观测，还是制作目视流星雨观测报表，都是很有价值的。我们也希望今后能有更多的天文爱好者参与到这类简单的科研活动之中。[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]
